Contact your local courier:

"My package is looping between hubs (Denver -> Arizona -> LA). This is a waste of time and fuel. I need you to open an investigation or issue a service recovery request to intercept this package and correct the routing."

If the carrier is unhelpful, the shipper (seller) is responsible for delivering the item to you. They have a commercial contract with the carrier and can initiate a tracer or replacement faster than an individual can.
