Package not recieved, delivered to wrong address

My package has been in transit for 32 days and just yesterday tracking was updated, saying item was delivered to mailbox in Scottsdale AZ. Package was suppose to be delivered to Dudley MA! Im not very happy with china post...Will I even recieve my order now?!

Hi Lilcupcak3s,

In general, if it's not delivered to your address, you need to contact the seller to ask if the tracking number is right. The seller may give you a tracking number of another customer. If the number is right, he may filled the address by mistake. If all are right, you need to contact USPS to reflect the problem and check it for you as soon as possible. The seller should give you a solution at last if you couldn't get it.

I ordered a package and put down the correct delivery address. In an email receipt the address was correct. It was delivered to the wrong address. I can’t contact the original seller or China Post because I only speak english. Hopefully you have the resources to find more insight about this event.
