Hi...My package has been held in customs in Guangzhou since March 14. This package is a return of clothing that was purchased from JustFashionNow. The tracking number is LH132441245US. I contacted JustFashionNow and they said that I need to get it released. Can you please help with that?

Hi toddler,

Sorry, we couldn't help you get it released. It's retained by the customs. It should be waiting for the seller to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the seller to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him call China customs service number 12360 to check.
