Package RETIRNED

Hi. I send back factory damaged product that i ordered from aliexpress. Not it's almost 3 month over and package status it showed as RETURNED.
Before it was that receiver hasn't send it costum declaration for several times even if he saiys that he did.
What should i do ? why is that ?

Hi Shal3R,

If the receiver has declared it, it should have passed the check. But it's returned back now. It means the receiver didn't declare it or the declaration didn't pass their requirement.

I have a package coming from China Post with tracking AQ604698907CN. When I look up the status of the package it shows out for delivery on October 9th. However, we have not received the package and was not informed to pick up the package either. I am wondering where this package is and when it will be redelivered.
