I am seeing the following "上海市, 【上海国际邮件交换站】退回" on my package:EV986680302CN
What does this mean? I paid like $300 for shipping, will I have to pay again, considering the package never even left the country? It is just a few books, I do not see why it would be returned.

You need to track it in the following days to see if it will be returned to the seller or sent again. If it's back to the seller or stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
