I ordered some items from a website and they shipped from China on 9/10/20. This is the Tracking Number I've been given: AS445551928CN
The latest update says it's been Delivered but I have not received. I asked the sender for explanation and he said I should get an update from USPS. How long does that take and will I get a USPS Tracking Number?

It should be delivered by USPS but it wasn't. There is no information showing it was handed over to USPS. You will not get a USPS tracking number. You need to require the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
