package seems stuck?

i have 2 package coming for me, with tracking number LX105614555CN and RB094238318CN. Since april, there are no update for both package. I never experience like this. What should i do? Another package that send later, already in my country. Why that 2 packages come late?

LX105614555CN has left China and is is en route to Indonesia now. Please wait for more days to get update.

RB094238318CN is still stuck at Shanghai International Mail Exchange Station now. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
