package shows as delivered but did not receive it AS750454863CN

Your company tracked this package until it reached the US. It is now showing as delivered. I have no information as to what delivery company it was given to. I am not able to contact the ompany I purchased from, if they ever exsisted. Is there anyway you can provide me with the US delivery company?

Hi Bruce Folger,

Sorry, we don't know the new tracking number in the US for you to check. You need to contact the seller to ask for it and use it to check with USPS. As the seller doesn't reply you, you can only try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
