Package shows deliverered however I did not receive it

My pack shows delivered through 17track however I never received it. Can you please tell me who the US CARRIER WAS that was in charge of getting this delivered. my tracking number is ZA06063303601

Hi george gulick,

It should be delivered by USPS. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
