need help regarding tracking my package. updates arent available and its been over a month. this is my tracking number. RV585005248CN - last update says 2021-11-29 09:54 SHANGHAI, Departure from outward office of exchange.
was adviced by the seller laer to apply for a refund thou. what went wrong

UW653021468CN. Please help me with why my parcel keeps on being returned once it enters Shanghai. Why can’t it pass the custom check? What should I do to stop this cycle?
