Hi! My order has been shipped more than a month ago but when I check EMS tracking its status is "Ready for customs clearance" since October 4. Tracking number :EG285889829KR. Can you please check it and help me with it?

I contacted the receiver in China (it is like a proxy address) and they said they aren't responsible for customs clearance and I should do it myself. Is it possible to clear the customs if I'm not in China and don't have Chinese phone number?

It's stuck at the customs of Guangzhou now. It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check or call China customs service number 12360 to check.
