Package Stuck

My package has not moved in over 5 days. It says it departed the terminal but another update was not received. The tracking number is AQ212812554CN. This package was expedited and promised by the 28th of September. Please launch an investigation as soon as you can.

Hi Caroline Cole,

It couldn't be delivered on Sep. 28. To my experience, it takes about another 10-20 days to be delivered. You'd better wait for more days to get it. If you couldn't receive it in seller's promised time, you can contact the seller to give you a solution.
