It should have left China and is in transit to UK now. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives. Please wait for more days to see.

Has been stuck at the carrier for a month now. Where exactly is it and who is the ‘carrier’ so I can contact them directly??

It will be delivered by Roymail when it's in UK. But they havn't got it now.
