Package stuck at CN Cuatoms CC753543609DK

Hi,
I have two packages stuck at CN Customs. Since November.
Latest CC753543609DK - and other : CC753476325DK
According to tracking, Customs are askin Recieptient "Banggood" for contents information.
It looks to me that they do not provide this information.
I did declare the contents on the custom label.
What can i do ?
I am concerned - Value 699US$ each.

Aparently Banggood is now willing to call the number you mentioned.
(China Post service number 11185)
They just say - We have to wait. (What they did for weeks)
Could you give me the full number, so i can try to call for clarification.
- Also an email address would be very welcome.

It should have been.

You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he/she has received any notice from the customs. If no, let him/her call China Post service number 11185 to check how to get it released.
