package stuck at guangzhou ptt

Hi,
I have a package being returned to the seller via Ali Express and this was sent guaranteed delivery from the UK via Parcel Force, this has been stuck at guangzhou ptt since 24/05/2023.
The tracking number is EE000293410GB.
The seller claims that there is no package received despite it being stuck waiting for custom clearance, please advise on how to collect and from which post office?
