I shipped something out on 8/4/21 and since 8/7/21 it has not updated. Is there a reason why it has not moved in over a month. It said it would take 15-20 business days. Could I get an estimate?

CY002165057 is not a right tracking number. Please provide the right one.

Hi thebigwang,

It's sent by a cheap way of China Post. This kind of package may couldn't be tracked after leaves for some stations in China. So, you couldn't get more update after August 7. If you couldn't receive it in time, contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
