Package stuck at transit

Hello, my package RLJ01086920 left origin country on 12th of aug but still not arrived to russia.
Could you please help me understand whats happened?

RLJ01086920 is not a right tracking number. Please provide the right one.

Hello my package CP071676267TR is in transit for almost 3 months. The sender country can not locate where it is. It usually takes 2 weeks but this time it look long time. What to do ?

Sorry, but thats the number I have in AliExpress app
Also there are 2 another dispatches in there with track numbers
