Package stuck for days “plane has landed”

Hello, my package from China (China Post) to Canada (Canada Post) had been tracking well with frequent updates. All of a sudden there haven’t been any updates for many days. The last entry was “plane has arrived” / “arrived in port”. Is it still moving or lost? It’s been in transit 18 days, stuck on “plane has landed” for 7 days now. Any info is appreciated! Jennifer
