Hello, I am waiting for a package but its status appears as "Arrival at the Destination" since May 31, the mails from my country say that they have not received the package, what would be the real status of this?

It hasn't arrived in Chile. It was at the airport waiting for the flight on May 31 based on the latest tracking information. It usually takes about 20-40 days to reach after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
