Package stuck in customs since 9-7-2021

I mailed from US Postal Service a package of women's tops on 8-25-2021. The fees & taxes for China's customs was included in my mailing price. Up until 9-7-2021 my package was traveling smoothly from my country to China until it came to Guangzhou, China. The destination location is Guangdong, China. Why is it still being held in Customs? Please help as I have no idea what is happening. I appreciate your help.

Thank you for responding to my question, I forgot to include the tracking number, LH149319150US. Additionally, I have no idea how to contact the receiver in Guangdong, China. I have tried several sites with China Post and all of them are in Chinese and I can't find any English translations available to help me along. Don't mean to be a bother, but I am totally stumped. Thank you for you help.

Why couldn't you contact the receiver in China? You should get their address before from them. It needs the seller to cooperate to check it in China by calling China post service number 11185.

It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check.
