Package stuck in destination country

Hi Team
My parcel has been stuck in UK since 18th Feb and is not yet delivered to me. I have had no update or anything.
How do I track this

Hi Ima,

If it's stuck for a long time, it may be lost. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get solution in time.

Hi there i am waiting for an express package with tracking EA440026925CN.. since the 16th of may the package had been stuck at shanghai pdhz.. usually within 4 days ems should already be arriving in destination country.. do u know where my package is? I know there has been delays since limited flights out of china... but can u tell me whether this package has already left china for destination country? Or is it still in china? Thanks
