I have been tracking an order placed in April and the tracking has not updated since May 9th. The number is

My package has been stuck since the 8th of april, the EMS tracking is EB742529019CN.

It was handed over to the carrier transport on April 8 and is in transit to Netherlands now. EMS is slow at present. It takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Netherlands after that. I suggest you wait for another 10 days to see if there is any update. If there is still no update, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

My package has been in transit from India for 41 days and I am in Canada. It says it is still in transit. What the hell happened

I have sent an article from India to italy and the article has reached italy as per the tracking shows but now its not moving it is in transit for 41 days that's crazy ....would really like to know if italian postal services ar slow
It's not lost. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the US after airline departs. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
