Package suppose to be arriving on August 16th, I live in Eastern timezone

I ordered a package: LY516975318CN

It has been with carrier 11 days now and today is the 14th of August. I am expecting this package on the 16th. Please let me know where this package is because I check tracking everyday for the past 17 days and nothing has shown up!!!

Hi,

It's sent by ePacket. ePacket usually takes 20-45 days to reach USA. You coudn't get it on the 16th. It's still in transit to USA now.
