I have not heard of my package since 5-11. Is my package stuck due to the pandemic or did something happen to it? The website that I ordered from said 5-12 business day and I cannot believe it has been a month with no information. Please tell me some more recent updates. This was supposed to be a Mother’s Day gift now it’s just a surprise when it will come.

It's imposisble for it to be delivered in 5-12 days although there is no pandemic. It usually takes about 20-40 days to be delivered for e-packet. Due to the coronavirus, it takes more days. LS326363685CN arrived in Chicago on July 1.
