My item: RM436822295DE
My package arrived at customs in NINGBO on 28th November. It shows as 'awaiting duty payment' however I have not received any messages requesting the payment. It is now 12th December. I want to pay the duty, but how can I pay the duty without receiving a message?

How long will it take to receive a message requesting the payment? Is there a way to pay the duty without receiving a message from customs first?
