Package was delivered to the wrong address?

Tracking says package was delivered but it wasn't delivered to my address. Our neighbors say that it wasn't delivered to any of them either. Where did you deliver it?

Hi Kentucky,

If you don't receive it, try to contact the seller to check it for you. Only the seller can require the courier to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply, it may be a scam. Then, you can only try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Hi,
I placed this order from a seller via DHgate & it should have been delivered to my address 31 Archer Drive, Cheswick Green, Solihull, B90 4LG, UK, however it was delivered on 11th June via Royal Mail to a wrong address in UK, the seller has closed his store more than 2 weeks ago & I can not contact him by any means, I appreciate if you can help, at least I want to know if he has given you my address & accordingly it is the fault of Royal mail to deliver the parcel to a wrong address, or the seller gave you a wrong address & in that case, I can get refunded by DHgate.
