Package was delivered to the wrong address

I live in the state of Hawaii, USA. My package was delivered to the wrong address in the USA. Would you please contact the USPS to let them know that they delivered my box to the wrong address last week Thursday? I would like them to pick it up from the business and ship it to me.

Hi Geila Fukumitsu,

You need to contact USPS by yourself. We only provide free tracking service for packages.

I suggest you contact the seller to confirm if he gave you the right tracking number and fill the right address for this package. If it's right, it's USPS's fault to deliver it to the wrong address. USPS will process it once you reflect the problem to them.

Hi,
I placed this order from a seller via DHgate & it should have been delivered to my address 31 Archer Drive, Cheswick Green, Solihull, B90 4LG, UK, however it was delivered on 11th June via Royal Mail to a wrong address in UK, the seller has closed his store more than 2 weeks ago & I can not contact him by any means, I appreciate if you can help, at least I want to know if he has given you my address & accordingly it is the fault of Royal mail to deliver the parcel to a wrong address, or the seller gave you a wrong address & in that case, I can get refunded by DHgate.

I paid for goods that were not delivered due to an error on your part! The sender sent me a shipping label with the correct address on it.
