Package was handed over for air transport over 10 weeks ago

Hello my order with shipping ID LY014172283CN was handed over by EMS for Air Transport 29 March 2020 and I have not received update since. Can you help me locate my package or know when it should arrive?

Hi Rachel,

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the US after it was delivered to air transport. As it has been over two months, it's not normal. You need to contact the seller as soon as possible to get refund.
