packages missing not at adreess

why i had two package to delivered in \Canada one is ZA0195505050901 and the other no tracking number i try timothy store for web pages and no longer there . the adress was wrong not sure where it went 1595 edmundston but it wwas actually st-francis . do you resent those package to right adreess it would be apreciate and it was paid in full.

I try to contact the seller from a phone number at the web pages I order it . I can't find it nowhere to be web pages too. It was on shop and shows an error. Do you have there phone number Anthony store?
