Packages not delivered, 2 seperate parcels with shipping from China to USA ..

parcels have not arrived and have some strangeness as marked as delivered but not delivered or seen at destination the first item with tracking id AQ521354254CN an Dell Inspiron 7000 was marked as delivered on 9\1\2021 I was home all that day I saw no parcel, and the tracking invoice did not note any US facility. A computer error entry. and item missing The second item a ZenbookUX581LV laptop pc with tracking no AQ522620945CN ordered on Aug 10 has a similar disappearance the first item was ordered and then shipped on Aug 2 2021 the second missing item was shipped on Aug 10th 2021 being ordered about 3 days before that. Would like to know if tracking the items is possible to find these as they had problems transfering to Usps and have been improperly marked as delivered. If able to locate these parcels it would be very much appreciated.

I have seen many packages with the tracking number starting with A couldn't be delivered to the right address. It may be a scam and was delivered to some other place. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.
