Packages not left China after a month?

I have two packages in transit currently, the first (EB744752396CN) was shipped on the 08/05/2021 but it has still to yet even leave China.
My second order (EV978353637CN) was shipped on 03/06/2021 which has still not left China as well.
Is this normal? How long should I expect to wait for these orders to land in my country?

Hi Troberts113,

They both are delayed due to the coronavirus situation in Guangzhou. You need to wait for more days to see they move. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
