Hi, my parcel (AQ003390248CN) has been at the destination country sinds 3rd of August and is still showing as "The shipment is in transit within the destination country". Is this normal? Which carrier has the package been handed over to in Belgium, so I can check with them?

Please check tracking code ZA06011348601. It seems delivered, but it was not delivered. Sometimes when I buy something from China, the parcel is marked as delivered, but the delivery really happens at the end of the day or even in the following day, so I waited even longer, but the parcel was NOT delivered unfortunately. I have cameras in my front door, so no one stole the parcel. It was not delivered at my home.
