Parcel from amazon, tracking not found at china post

Hi, amazon sent a parcel, tracking number LZ364350177CN but it was not delivered on time and when I try to track it on China Post web site, it says it is not found. Where is it?

Hi Geneviève Constantin,

There is no tracking information for LZ364350177CN at present. Possible reason is the sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it.

You'd better contact the seller to confirm for the reason.

The parcel from Amazon says delivered and I have never recieved it. I dont know which neigbour should I ask. The tracking numbers china post ZA06165142001. I have put in Contact with Amazon less then one hour after I have got the message.

Amazon provide me with this tracking number EW656694851FG n shows carrier is China Post so why can't I track it??????
