My package was updated on the day it was shipped but then has not been updated in the past 4 days. All tracking methods I have tried show that it was dispatched from sorting center, GuangDongShengGuangZhouShi 51008101, or I get that it is ready to be dispatched with an associated dispatch number (CNCANDKRSELBAEM98026) but there has been no update since that time.
Is there a way I can get an update on it? And an estimate of when it will arrive?

There is no further update for it after October 15 now. When it arrives in your country, there will be further update. It takes about 7-15 days from the date it left China.
