Parcel has security issues and not sure why

I am unsure of what is happening with my package, CY002321569CN, your site says it is in transit and at Guangzhou International Mail Exchange Station but other sites state that it is in Guangzhou International Mail Exchange Station and is going to be returned again. I'm not sure why it is not passing on from this stage it has already been to Guangzhou International Mail Exchange Station once and has been returned due to a security concern and I'm not sure why. Please help as I am worried that my package won't arrive in time as I need it before the end of October.

Hi Elliana Novak,

It didn't pass the check and will be back to be checked again ot back to the seller. You need to track it in the following days to see if it's normal. If it's returned back again or you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution.
