Hello,
my parcel with the tracking number LE112432791CN hasn't arrived yet. The tracking states that the sending is arranged with DHL, could you please provide the tracking number for DHL and investigate with DHL when it will arrive.
If you provide me with the DHL tracking number I'm happy to contact DHL directly.

Is there no way for China Post to find out the DHL tracking number with the China Post tracking number?
As the parcel is in its way for three month now and the seller is not responding to my numerous request I’m getting quite desperate here.

You need to contact the seller to ask if there is a DHL tracking number. We don't have it. It's not normal that it has arrived in Germany but still hasn't got by DHL Packet. If you couldn't receive it in time, the seller should give you a solution.
