Parcel in custody

The parcel has been detained since 2023-02-29 and it is not clear why. I was forced to compensate the customer because of you. From the Italian customs they say that you need an invoice, but it is not clear what kind of invoice and also who has to provide the invoice.

Tracking shows arrival in Brooklyn, NY on 8/24/2022. It then showed up in Anaheim, CA on 8/27/2022 but a few hours later it was sent to a "Mail Recovery Center". There have been no updates in 45 days.

The trucking number of my parcel is EA249428016CN.

The last place where the parcel was registered is Istanbul 01.02.17, (it had to fly to Budapest).
