parcel is marked as delivered but never arrived

Hey there,
my parcel with the tracking number AZ986412439CN is lost some how. I'd like to know to whom it was given or where it was delivered exactly. The tracking states, that it was delivered at the 16th of December but I've never seen it.
Can you help me?

My parcel LX983092687CN is marked as "delivery". I understand this means it should have arrived to my home, but I didn't receive the parcel (and none of my neighbours took it for me). Who do I have to contact for agreeing when can the postman come, or where do I have to pick it up?
