Delivered, but it hasn't arrived.

My parcel LX983092687CN is marked as "delivery". I understand this means it should have arrived to my home, but I didn't receive the parcel (and none of my neighbours took it for me). Who do I have to contact for agreeing when can the postman come, or where do I have to pick it up?

The parcel was delivered on Oct. 13 by Parcelforce. You'd better contact Parcelforce as soon as possible to reflect your problem. Phone their Customer Service team on 0344 800 4466 in the UK.
