Hello! Could you please check the status of my parcel. It was shipped 52 days ago and still didn’t leave China. I appreciate your help.

As you don't provide the tracking number, we couldn't check it for you. If it didn't left China in two months, you need to contact the seller to check the detailed reason for you and give you a solution.

Hi,

The seller has shipped my parcel (CP408554960CN) in June. It’s a surface parcel, and the status has been stuck at “sent to airline” for a month. The destination of this parcel is Norway.

Can I check when can I expect to receive it?
