The tracking of my parcel has not updated in over a month now and I am worried it is lost. Where is my parcel? The tracking code is: EV971076850CN

Hi Cedric,

EMS is slow to New Zealand at present. It usually takes about 30-60 days to be delivered for most packages. There will be update when it arrives. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

Hello my parcel has been stuck in the same status - Cleared and awaiting international departure GUANGZHOU (CN), CHINA since the 27/08/2021.
