我是一位器官移植者，每天都要定时吃抗体药，及其他药品。由于疫情管控，回不了新加坡，今年只能在线上看医生，每12个星期要复诊，这个快递里全是我二月份要吃的药，12月底有寄过一次，也收到了，不知为何会这次会在转发地延误了，请帮我查一查，我的药将在二月15号用完，这包快递里的药非常重要，希望海关能尽快淸关。谢谢。

It's in China now. It should be delivered to you recently. But due to the Chinese Spring Festival Holiday, it may be delayed.

Hello. I sent back a package from the United Kingdom to go to China but it is stuck in Shenzhen customs since the 18th January 2025. The tracking code is LB213107275GB. On the China Postal Express & Logistics website it says that my parcel's last movement was on the 25th March 2025 and it was "In-Transit Shenzhen,Returned, Please Contact XXX Customs Agency, Tel:" but I do not know who to contact.

My order RV323351096CN was submitted on January 13th, it has been stuck in transit for 29 days! The last diplayed shipping update was on January 17th! Is it lost? Will I ever receive it as it was supposed to be a birthday gift that was supposed to be delivered within a Max of 28 days!! I am very disappointed!
