My tracking number is: RY273064458GB
My parcel seems to be not moving or stuck.
The last update was the 10th January. “Dispatched from office to Exchange”
Do you have any further updates on this please.?

Hi Neil Bilton,

There is no update for it after Jan. 10. Once it arrives in China, there will be update. You'd better wait for more days to see.

I ordered my goods on 10th January 2021. The parcel was received by China Post on the 12th January and arrived at the delivery centre in Langley(UK) on the 28th January.
China Post tracking confirms that it is still in Langley (55 days in transit). Why has my parcel been stuck in Langley (UK) for so long. When will it be delivered to me?
is there someone at the Langley delivery centre that I can speak to?
