I ordered my goods on 10th January 2021. The parcel was received by China Post on the 12th January and arrived at the delivery centre in Langley(UK) on the 28th January.
China Post tracking confirms that it is still in Langley (55 days in transit). Why has my parcel been stuck in Langley (UK) for so long. When will it be delivered to me?
is there someone at the Langley delivery centre that I can speak to?

You'd better contact Royal Mail to ask if they could check it for you. If they couldn't find it, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
