Hi. My parcel CP384018219CN has been showing being processed at Lithuania since 1st Jun and is now 17th. Is this normal? Is everything still ok?

My parcel sent 28 apr has not moved since arriving in Lithuania processing center on 1st jun. Why does that step take so long? How much longer is it likely to take?
