Been at London Heathrow airport UK for 23 days, can't find out why do long time. Thank you.

Hi Kenji,

It's not normal that it's stuck there for so long time. It may be lost. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. The seller could open a case to China Post to investigate it for you. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

My parcel LZ007914745CN has not moved since the 16th April when it was apparently at the air transport distribution. I have checked this side with Bpost and they say it is still abroad. I know that China Post have a really poor reputation. I was told I would have it by the 2nd of May and now it is the 6th and it is still not moving.
