Parcel shipped but tracking hasn't started

I made an order in tradigshenzen. On 21.04 I got the information that the order was shipped but the tracking ZC05549465499 did not move. On the China post website they do not find the package. What is going on?

Hi Karolina,

There is no tracking information for ZC05549465499 at present. Possible reason is the sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it.

You'd better contact the seller to confirm for the reason.
