Hi Shoaibrashid,

It couldn't pass the check and is still in transit in China now. You need to track it in the following days to see if it will be returned to the seller or sent again. If it's back to the seller, contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

Hi my parcel was shipped on November 14th and originally the status was showing “airline received” but then it said that the parcel was returned. Now it has been stuck on “ Guangzhou City, leaving the Guangzhou International Mail Processing Center, the next stop of the Guangzhou International Mail Exchange Station (via transfer)”. It has been stuck on this since October 20th. Is this normal and why was the parcel returned? Is it awaiting a flight now to Canada or is it being returned still? Is everything okay with the package? My tracking number is EB756206101CN. Any information will help!

My parcel has lasted almost 2 months but it has not arrived but when I tracked it,i noticed the parcel was returned about 3 times with remarks: security check returned.
Please can anyone explain why they returning the parcel and what we can do to help release it. Tracking number are
