When tracking an item i ordered in October it says it arrived in Australia at the Arrival parcel processing center from China on December 9th, 2019 and it is still saying the same thing 2 months later. How can i contact the center as these were xmas presents for my children?

Hi there. I am wondering why my expensive purchase has been sitting dormant in the Weifeng EXPRESS Processing Center for weeks now? Please dont tell me 'wait because Covid', I would like my parcel to see some export action. For warranty purposes, I need this shipped NOW. As a consumer, i expected it within a reasonable timeframe. Tracking # EV952984891CN. Please get my parcel out from collecting dust at the 'processing center' and on a plane here to me please, this delay is really an unacceptable waste of time. There is nothing EXPRESS about this.

Hi, I have been waiting for a parcel for ages due to sellers giving me fraudulent tracking information. I suspect this one may be fraudulent as well but cannot be sure. My parcel has been sitting in Weifang Express Processing Center for a few weeks now, and I want to know why the delay as my purchase protection is to run out soon, and cannot be sure this is even a true tracking number. In short, I want to know why this item was not on a flight to my country already, please and thanks. I'm tired of the wasted time already. Tracking # is EV952984891CN
