Hi, my parcel LH717900170CN status has not changed since March. Does it mean it has lost or anything else?

Hi elequent,

Packages sent in March to Austrlia are greatly delayed due to the coronavirus. It should have left China and is in transit to Australia now. If there is no update in this month, you'd better contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
